Financial Manager Uniper Renewables Pol. (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities
- Act as business partner to the renewables team in Poland by providing commercial business support in order to drive financial performance
- Act as local coordinator for all Finance related questions (Accounting, Tax, Controlling) and be the interface to Uniper Finance functions and external Service Providers
- Supervision of the preparation process for the financial statements on the accounting side in cooperation with Legal and the external service provider to meet deadlines
- Planning and tracking of local PnL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Support liquidity management for Polish legal entities
- Contact person for local tax authorities in cooperation with service provider
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax statements (of CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.)
Your profile
- Education in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in financial area (Controlling, Accounting, Tax)
- Understanding of Energy/Renewables business
- Knowledge of relevant IT-systems (e.g. SAP, BI-Tools)
- Strong analytical mind-set and willingness to drive performance and change
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and easily understandable way
- Proactiveness and ability to cooperate in a cross-functional environment, high personal responsibility and tolerance to stress
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish, knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage
