Your responsibilities
- Manage and support corporate funding transactions for the Uniper Group across debt and equity markets
- Take an active role in the evolution and refinement of Uniper’s engagement with key relationship banks
- Support the development of innovative, tailor-made, ESG-oriented financing solutions to enable strategic investments and support Uniper’s credit rating
- Manage and support project‑financings or structured finance-oriented projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Support reprivatisation activities (potential private sale and/or Re-IPO) of Uniper SE as well as M&A projects at Uniper Group from a financing and rating perspective
- Structure and develop legal documentation for financing instruments, including syndicated and bilateral loans, bonds, and private placements
- Prepare and deliver timely, high-quality decision-making proposals to senior management and key governance bodies
Your profile
• Excellent university education in Business Administration, Economics, Law or similar education focused on finance or banking
• First working experience in respect of corporate finance, including preparation and execution of transactions within a large international corporation, global bank or a Big 4 consultancy
• Strong knowledge of international financing markets, with strategic understanding of the energy sector, credit ratings, and ESG requirements
• Interest in finance law, with experience in reviewing, assessing, and negotiating financing documentation
• Highly developed analytical skills with a structured, solutions-oriented approach
• Team player with first experience to lead sub projects
• Proven strong communication and presentation skills
• Positive attitude toward change, with the ability and willingness to drive initiatives forward
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Business fluent in English; German is a plus
