Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung der Inbetriebnahme- und Testaktivitäten über mehrere PV-Projekte hinweg, einschließlich Netzanschluss und/oder BESS-Systeme sowie aller zugehörigen Anlagen
  • Planung, Koordination und Dokumentation des Inbetriebnahmeprozesses in Abstimmung mit externen Nachunternehmern und internen Prozessen sowie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Ressourcen (z. B. Projektmanager:innen)
  • Unterstützung bei Signaltests vor Ort inkl. Prüfung der Vollständigkeit aller empfangenen Daten sowie Verifizierung der PR-Testberechnungen
  • Unterstützung der Planungsphase im Hinblick auf elektrische Grundkonzepte sowie der Bauphase hinsichtlich der Ausführungsqualität
  • Verantwortung als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) für die elektrische Sicherheit aller Projekte gemäß DIN VDE 1000-10 vom Baubeginn bis zur internen Übergabe an das Asset Management
  • Sicherstellung und Prüfung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards, um jederzeit höchste Qualität und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare elektrotechnische Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis aller elektrischen Komponenten einer PV-Anlage sowie der zugehörigen Systeme
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft gemäß DIN VDE 1000-10 oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der elektrotechnischen Normen und Vorschriften (VDE, DGUV)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Softwarelösungen wie Projektmanagement- und Bau-Tools, insbesondere im Bereich WPM und Lean-Workflows
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams effektiv zu steuern und zu motivieren
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 80 %, auch mehrwöchige Einsätze) sowie gültiger Führerschein
  • Sprachen: Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, weitere europäische Sprachen von Vorteil
