Bereichsleitung Projektunterstützung (w/m/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die verantwortliche Leitung des Bereiches Projekte, um sicherzustellen, dass die Aufgaben aus den zugeordneten Projekten sicher, rechtskonform, effizient und gewichtet abgearbeitet werden
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Schnittstelle zwischen den Projekten und dem Standort und sorgst für eine Optimierung sowie die technische Integration der Projektentwicklung in die Standortaktivitäten
- Dabei stellst Du sicher, dass die HSSE-Standards des Standorts während der Entwicklung und des Baus der verantworteten Projekte eingehalten werden
- Du priorisierst und koordinierst die Abarbeitung der Projektaufgaben in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich, um eine effiziente Arbeitsbelastung Deiner Mitarbeiter sicherzustellen und gleichzeitig die Standortweiterentwicklung zu optimieren
- Du koordinierst die Themen und Fragestellungen, die aus den Projekten hinsichtlich der Standortgegebenheiten, Infrastruktur und Genehmigungsfragen auftreten
- Du identifizierst und minimierst Risiken für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Projekte, um die Weiterentwicklung des Standorts im Rahmen der Uniper-Strategie sicherzustellen
- Du vertrittst die Interessen des Transformation Hubs während des Projektlebenszyklus, um eine erfolgreiche Projektübergabe, -betrieb und -wartung zu gewährleisten
- Du achtest auf einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit unseren bestehenden Anlagen, der Infrastruktur und dem Land, um zukünftige Wertoptionen zu maximieren und Hindernisse für die zukünftige Entwicklung zu vermeiden
- Du koordinierst (einschließlich der Vorbereitung) die Übergabe und Abnahme von gelieferten Projekten an den Betrieb nach Uniper-Standards
- Du sicherst die Schnittstellen zu den anderen Kraftwerksbereichen und den lokalen Interessenvertretern (z. B. Beauftragte, Behördenkoordinatoren, Genehmigungsfragen und Kooperationspartner)
- Du stellst sicher, dass die lokalen Ideen in den Gestaltungs- und Bewertungsprozess von Wachstumsprojekten einfließen. Damit sorgst Du dafür, dass Standortbeschränkungen, Risiken, Chancen und Synergien bestmöglich abgewogen werden
- Du koordinierst die Kommunikation der Wechselwirkungen zwischen den bestehenden Assets und den Wachstumsprojekten
- Du kommunizierst regelmäßig die Entwicklung der Wachstumsprojekte an das Betriebsteam, um das Engagement und die Akzeptanz der zukünftigen Eigentümer und Betreiber zu stärken
Dein Profil
- Technische oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit mindestens Bachelor-abschluss oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fundiertes Verständnis der Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltgesetze und -standards sowie eine positive Sicherheitseinstellung, die die Fähigkeit besitzt, die richtige Sicherheitskultur zu fördern
- Positive Arbeitsmoral mit dem Vertrauen, etablierte Praktiken in Frage zu stellen
- Fundierte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Kenntnis der aktuellen Richtlinien und Verfahren, die sich auf den Betrieb von technischen Anlagen auswirken
- Darüber hinaus musst Du die Fähigkeit nachweisen können, rational zu denken, aber unter Druck positiv zu handeln
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Pragmatische Lösungsansätze und eine Hands-on Mentalität sind von entscheidender Bedeutung
- Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten, die eine effektive Priorisierung, ein Ressourcenmanagement und eine langfristige strategische Ausrichtung umfassen
- Gute Kenntnisse der wichtigsten PC-basierten Computersysteme
