Was Dich in der Ausbildung erwartet
In Kombination aus berufsbegleitendem Studium und der Ausbildung zum/r Industriekaufmann:frau (Ausbildungsbeginn am 01.09.2025) lernst Du bei Uniper innerhalb von 4 Jahren verschiedene Bereiche und Standorte unseres internationalen Unternehmens kennen. Dein hauptsächlicher Einsatzort ist Gelsenkirchen-Buer, wo du bei der Uniper Wärme GmbH das Geschäftsfeld eines großen Fernwärmeversorgungsunternehmens kennenlernst. Du begleitest die Planung, Organisation und Steuerung der betrieblichen Abläufe und sammelst vielfältige Erfahrungen im Einkauf, Vertrieb, Marketing, Kundenmanagement, Personalwesen, Controlling und Rechnungswesen. Des Weiteren unterstützt Du die kaufmännischen Geschäftsprozesse bei Uniper sowie die Betreuung deutsch- und englischsprachiger Kundschaft. So gehst Du wichtige Schritte mit uns in Richtung CO2-Neutralität. Neben den Praxiseinsätzen besuchst Du unter der Woche die Berufsschule und Vorlesungen der Westfälischen Hochschule in Gelsenkirchen. Nach zwei Jahren absolvierst Du die Abschlussprüfung der IHK und beendest die Ausbildung zwei Jahre später mit dem Bachelor of Arts Wirtschaft. Unsere ELearning Plattform und ein Prüfungsvorbereitungskurs bereiten dich bestmöglich auf die IHK Prüfungen vor, ganz ohne den Besuch der Berufsschule.
