Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für ein Portfolio an Projekten im Bereich erneuerbare Energien sowie für das zugehörige Geschäftssegment; Sicherstellung der finanziellen Steuerung, des Performance-Managements und der Transparenz über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg – von der Entwicklung und den Investitionsentscheidungen bis hin zu Bau und Betrieb
  • Vertrauenswürdiger Sparringspartner für den Geschäftsbereich Erneuerbare Energien; konstruktive Hinterfragung und finanzielle Beratung hinsichtlich Business Cases und zugrundeliegender Annahmen
  • Leitung und Unterstützung von Finanzmodellierungen und Bewertungsaktivitäten für Investitions- und Portfolioentscheidungen, einschließlich der Analyse wesentlicher Annahmen, Risiken, Sensitivitäten und Werttreiber im Rahmen des finanziellen Entscheidungsprozesses
  • Steuerung zentraler Controlling-Prozesse, darunter Quartalsberichterstattung, Forecasting, Mittel- und Langfristplanung (MTP/LTP) sowie Konsolidierungsaktivitäten für GuV und Bilanz
  • Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Projektcontrollings für Projekte in der Entwicklungs- und Bauphase (inkl. Budgetmanagement, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Verpflichtungsmanagement und Prognosen zum Projektabschluss/EAC) sowie frühzeitige Identifikation finanzieller Risiken und Kostenabweichungen
  • Kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Tools und Methoden in den Bereichen Controlling, Reporting und finanzielle Steuerung

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzwesen, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Business-, Finanz-, Investitions- oder Projektcontrolling oder in einer vergleichbaren finanznahen Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzinformationen in klare Erkenntnisse, Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu übersetzen
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen, selbstständig zu arbeiten und komplexe Themen in einem funktionsübergreifenden, internationalen Umfeld voranzutreiben
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenzen; Fähigkeit, Stakeholder konstruktiv zu hinterfragen und komplexe Finanzthemen klar und pragmatisch zu vermitteln
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Finanzmodellierung, Unternehmensbewertung und Investitionsanalyse – idealerweise mit Bezug zu erneuerbaren Energien, der Energiebranche, Infrastruktur oder anderen projektbasierten Geschäftsfeldern
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der zentralen Controlling-Prozesse, einschließlich Reporting, Forecasting, Budgetierung sowie Mittel- und Langfristplanung
  • Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling, in der finanziellen Steuerung oder im Investitionscontrolling komplexer Projekte ist von großem Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse einschlägiger Finanz- und Reporting-Tools, idealerweise SAP, Excel und Tagetik oder vergleichbarer Konsolidierungs- und Planungssysteme
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
