Your responsibilities
Drive internal communications for the CCO Data & Analytics organization, including drafting articles, newsletters, leadership updates, and team announcements.
Manage and grow our digital communities across Microsoft Teams, Ping, and other collaboration platforms to foster engagement and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate team ceremonies and events, including wider team meeting, community calls, team collaboration events.
Create communication materials such as presentations, posts, success stories, and content to build and foster team culture.
Support vendor operations processes, including coordination of external vendor onboarding, offboarding, and related administrative activities.
Maintain operational governance and documentation, ensuring vendor records, access requests, and process documentation are accurate and up to date.
Act as a central coordination point between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and support functions to facilitate smooth collaboration and execution.
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled at a university in Germany such as Media, communication or related field. A specialization in communication, marketing, or media is an advantage.
- You have an interest in identifying and driving process improvement or operational efficiency.
- You are curious and interest in AI relevant technologies, business impact or use cases
- You are interested in learning about various processes in Commercial Business Area and relevant IT teams
- You enjoy understanding how processes work and identifying opportunities to make them simpler, more efficient and more reliable.
- You work in a structured, accurate and dependable manner and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative information.
