Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans to identify and secure land for solar and wind energy and BESS projects within the assigned region
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure suitability based on technical, environmental, and legal criteria
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, negotiate agreements, and secure mutually beneficial terms
- Collaborate with local authorities to meet land-use regulations, zoning laws, and permitting requirements
- Work with internal teams (legal, technical, project development) to streamline land acquisition and project execution
- Assess and address potential risks such as legal disputes or environmental constraints with proactive strategies
- Monitor regional trends and policy changes to identify opportunities and refine acquisition strategies
- Keep accurate records of transactions and agreements and provide regular updates to management
Your profile
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or project development, ideally within the renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of successful land transactions and stakeholder management
- Growth mindset with openness to new technologies and a willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and capabilities
- Strong understanding of land-use regulations, permitting processes, and zoning laws in Poland
- Familiarity with renewable energy project development, particularly in solar and wind sectors, is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., GIS, project management software)
- Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is required
