Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Development Engineering team across the project portfolio
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project development lifecycle
- Oversee engineering studies, preliminary design, and technical assessments
- Optimize projects for technical performance, cost, and constructability
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company requirements
- Drive digitalization and continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and data management to enhance efficiency and quality
- Manage technical risks and support project due diligence
- Coordinate with Development, Grid, Civil, Procurement, and Project Management teams
- Support technology selection, grid connection strategy, and project execution readiness
Your profile
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in renewable energy engineering, including utility-scale Solar projects
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, grid connection, and project development
- Experience in project optimization, technical due diligence, and risk management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
